How to receive it

• Install or open the Faarli Rentals app.
• Create an account or sign in.
• Complete the rental profile: name, date of birth, driving licence, identity document and selfie. Faarli reviews the documents.
• Verify your phone number with the code we send.
• Faarli adds 200 Dhs to your wallet automatically once these steps are approved. You see it in the app's Wallet screen.

Who is eligible

• New Faarli accounts that have never received the welcome credit.
• One welcome credit per person and per account.
• The credit is issued by Faarli's servers only after the steps above. Nothing on the website adds credit to a wallet.
• Faarli can refuse or remove a credit obtained with duplicate accounts, shared or false documents, or other abuse.
• Faarli will announce an end date on this page before the offer stops.

Using the credit

• The credit is spent inside the Faarli app on a car rental booked and paid through the app.
• Wallet credit can be applied to rentals of 7 days or more.
• Credit stays valid for 365 days from the day it is added.
• Part of the rental price always remains payable; the app shows exactly how much credit applies before you pay.
• If a booking that used credit is cancelled or rejected, the credit returns to your wallet.
• The credit has no cash value. It cannot be withdrawn, exchanged or transferred to another account.
• It cannot reduce a payment made on the website.

Credit missing?

Contact Faarli support from the app or on +212631321552. Tell us the email or phone number of your account and when you completed your profile. We check the verification status and add the credit if it is due.
