The Faarli Rentals app
You reserve and pay on carhire.faarli.com. After payment we email you access to the Faarli app, where the same booking is already waiting — you never book or pay twice.
What you do in the app after booking
- Open your booking with the access button in the confirmation email, or sign in with a code sent to the email you booked with.
- Complete your identity and driving-licence verification before pick-up.
- Pay any remaining balance before the contract (also possible on the website).
- Review and sign the agency contract at pick-up, and record the walk-around video (check-in).
- Check out at return, and chat with Faarli support during your rental.
App rewards
Wallet points and the 200 Dhs welcome credit for eligible new users are earned on bookings made in the app and are used on future app rentals. They never reduce a payment made on the website.
Can't find your booking?
Sign in with the same email you used to pay: choose “Email me a code” in the app. Access links work once and expire; a code always works. Still stuck? Contact Faarli support with your booking reference.
