How Faarli verifies agencies

The checks

• Partnership agreement: the agency signs Faarli's partnership and listing agreement, with its legal identity (company registration and tax identifiers).
• Verified contacts: the agency confirms its email address with a link and its phone number with a code sent by WhatsApp.
• Contact changes: if the agency changes its email or phone, it has to verify the new one again.
• Account activation: Faarli activates the agency account and can deactivate it or hide any of its cars.

What we check on your side

• Your identity document, driving licence and selfie are reviewed before your first booking.
• Your phone number is verified with a code.

Ratings

Faarli only shows agency ratings when they come from completed rentals and there are enough of them to be meaningful.

Limits

Verification does not guarantee the condition of every car on every day. Record the walk-around video at pick-up and contact support if the car does not match the listing.
